The area : really close to herrmann Platz , the building has definite character.
The room/s : The main room is a fair size and is bright , the other is more like a storage / work room
Me: 28 f moved here about a year ago from Vancouver where I studied Visual art. Im a pescaterian and recycle ..im ok with meat eaters!!

Rent includes hot water and electricity and heat internet is available 290Euros
and pets are ok

Im coming to Berlin in about 3 week and will be looking for a place to stay. Im from New Zealand, 26, male, coming for all the regular reasons - music, art ect. no pets and not bringing any of my instruments, just two bags, two ipods and a skateboard! my mother is croatian and im going via dalmatia. Ive got a work visa for 6 months and know no one in the city. I will be looking for work as soon as i get a place to stay. look forward to hearing from you

a 28 years old free-lance webdesigner/programmer here ; ) i'm originally from latvia, but now living in kreuzberg in a 2wg. i have to move out of my current flat as the owner wants to sell it. for now i'm working mainly from home (a small additional work-room would be ideal for me!) over the internet with my friends in amsterdam (we've got a riga based graphic design studio www.hungrylab.lv).
