Flapper Mannequin: how can it be translated to German? The term Flapper is used to describe 1920s (fashion) women in this context
Also is 'Art Deco' same in German or is there a different term?

AFAIK Flapper is the same in German - Flapper Girl.
Do you mean Mannequin as in plastic thing to put in a window

or do you mean as in a person modelling Flapper style?
I would think that it would be Das Flapper Mannequin.
Of course I could be well wrong as this sort of stuff can be odd.
