Flapper Mannequin in German?

Vintage 1920s style

Flapper Mannequin: how can it be translated to German? The term Flapper is used to describe 1920s (fashion) women in this context

Also is 'Art Deco' same in German or is there a different term?

AFAIK Flapper is the same in German - Flapper Girl.

Do you mean Mannequin as in plastic thing to put in a window Schaufensterpuppe or do you mean as in a person modelling Flapper style?

I would think that it would be Das Flapper Mannequin.

Of course I could be well wrong as this sort of stuff can be odd.
