We have a Zanussi Washer-Dryer WDJ 1507 E. I'll be frank: haul this for free if you need a transition between your purchase of a new machine or you desperately want a dryer, no matter how long it takes, or you're great with tools.
Yes, the thing does actually still work. Just old and slow.
From start to finish, a load takes about 3-1/2 hours. It's set on one (unknown) temperature and to start the thing you push in a stick (because the original "on-thingy" has long since disappeared. But it washes fine, dries fine and the spin -- while loud and vibrating as it can be -- actually does spin things until absolutely all water is out.
Original manual is available, albeit yellowed.
