Looking for youth charities in Frankfurt

I am hoping to move to Frankfurt soon. I used to live there a while back and love the Frankfurt lifestyle. I currently work in the social care industry in England helping to house and support homeless people and people with drug and alcohol problems. While I would like to continue working in social care, I would also like to slightly change my path and end up working with young people who need support.

Does anyone here know of any charities or organisations in Frankfurt I can contact about volunteering? I am still trying to perfect my German and so I will probably look for paid work teaching English when I finally move there but I would like to try and find a group that I can volunteer with in order to get some experience as well as to make some contacts so that I can hopefully one day have paid work helping young people.
