I'm just looking for anyone else from the Big 10, or anyone that likes college football, and would be interested in going to a bar and watching some games. I'm a huge badger fan (if you can't tell from my name) and I'm going to Yours sports bar in Bornheim to catch the game tonight at 6. I was just wondering if there were any Big 10 fans or Badger fans out there that would be interested in joining.

Yo, what is up Big-10?
Ha, ha... noticed no replies yet, but thought I'd toss in my 2 cents.
I am new to Toytown and Frankfurt, but noticed you loved college football... I found a cool place, "Yours Sports Bar" in Bornheim near the "HÖNENSTRASSE" U-bahn subway stop. You can watch ANY kind of US sports, to include NFL - which I am going to see today - there.
Give me a holler if you want to watch something... and let's keep pinging the TT group to see if anyone else is interested.
Cheers B.

I'd be inclined to show up for a game but I'm representin' for the woeful Hoosiers. Football season is usually just an excuse for us to tweak our tailgating skillz until hoops season starts.

I'm with Dan... a Wisconsin native who will gladly watch some Big-10 football, but is really looking forward to (ACC, though I'll take any conference, really) basketball season!

Anyone interested in watching some college football this Saturday? I would like to propose 6pm at Yours Sports Bar in Bornheim to start with the early games. Go badgers!

I'd be up for that. I'm thinking about trying to catch some NFL action on Sunday at Yours in Bornheim, too, if anyone is interested.

GO HOOSIERS!!! 3-0 so far this season. I can hear the " R O S E B O W L" "R O S E B O W L", (Ha Ha) chats coming from Memorial Stadium all the way over here. I am in Bayrueth but up for getting together a few times for beer and football. And, just incase anyone is asking, I am in for basketball season too!!

Wish I could find something in this area If anyone knows of any bars in the Düsseldorf or ever Köln area that offers Big 10 games, I would be eternally grateful, since both of my brothers play Big 10 football!
Go Wildcats and Gophers!!!
Edit: And a little love to the Badgers....since that is where I was born and raised.

Now see, I got all excited cause I first read "buckybadgers" name as "buckeye".
Go BUCKS!

Well I did go to The Ohio State University for a year, but I'm certainly not a buckeye fan anymore.
Anyway, I called both Yours sports bar and Sam's sports bar in Sachsenhausen and neither is playing college football tomorrow. Apparently there is a big soccer game tomorrow. Those are the only two sports bars that play American football I know of in Frankfurt, does anyone know of any other ones? Otherwise, I think we might have to wait a week. Or until Sunday for NFL.

I think Champions bar in the Marriott plays football, but on their website, it looks like they only show NFL ball.

Well I think we're out of luck. Champions only has soccer on tonight too. It must be a big game. NFL tomorrow anyone?

I'm a Spartan and would love to catch a game one of these days. We will be in France this weekend but maybe next weekend we can catch a game. I didn't even know that they played any real football over here. We've only been here for 2 weeks so we are still learning. If anyone is interested in meeting up next weekend let me know!
