Hi all,

I'm a 24-year old electronic music producer looking for a place to live and work in Berlin. I'm having this vision of a small flat where I can work on my music, meaning I need to frequently play it out quite loud without bothering any neighbours. Of course we would all like to have to pay less consideration to our neighbours at times but I'm willing to really trade off some comforts for a place like that. I do realise you can rent studio spaces with 24h access but like I said my dream would be to have all my stuff in one place.

Any ideas, offers or references to agencies that might specialise in this sort of thing would be much appreciated!
