Need MacBook Help in Nuremberg

Hi out there! I have a one- year old MacBook and of course it's out of warranty. I installed some updates yesterday and now, every time I close my computer without shutting down, when I reopen my computer an icon comes up and says you must restart your computer in 4 different languages. I think it has to do with a "Kernel Cache" according to my research. Can anyone out there help me?

And it does not seem like fan is turning on. This is really crazy!

Have you thought about bringing it to an Apple dealer or searching an online Apple forum?

Try reinstalling the 10.5.8 update using the combo installer available here.
