Are there so many Erbpacht-houses in your region that you have to mention it?

If this is for a flyer (i.e. to pin to trees and the like), you'll want to use ad format instead of the verbose version:

Depends Jeff. In a newspaper ad I´d use your version to save letters and money, but the on a flyer it should be more personal, not this "instruction-manual"-style.

Ok thank you both i might place an ad in a newspaper but then I will have to list areas. Plus I will make a flyer for in the areas I like to buy... So thanks again

yes i found some areas only have leasehold so hence my note
