Cheap accommodation in the Dortmund 44225 Area

I visit Dortmund to see my daughter approx every 8-10 weeks. My ex partner has moved house to the 44225 Area,(South of Dortmund City Nr. Am Hombruchsfeld and Lutgenholthauser Strasse). Can anyone recommend any cheap accommodation within walking distance of this. I have tried searching for hotels on the internet but the results are not specific to this area. I know very little about the area as this will be my first visit since the move. Any advice would be much appreciated

Hi it seems there is very little accommodation in this area. Would anyone be willing to rent a room for a couple of days every couple of months?

The Behringstraße in the center of Hombruch so you can walk in 5 to 10 minutes to Am Hombruchsfeld / Lütgenholthauser Straße
