Best phone network for international calls

I want to get a mobile contract instead of a pre-paid phone. I need however to find one which offers good rates for txts or calls to England and Ireland. Can anybody recommend a good network?

You do not pay to phone the UK or even Australia it works through your PC BUT IT USES YOUR TELEPHONE .Its Brill I use it .What happens is you need to register !!costs nothing then all you do is put your own telephone numgber into the the setup and when you want to telephone you you just dial who you are calling with the 0049 or whatever is and you will see a telephone box and a few dots these dots move near the telephone box and when it reaches it It will show a advert or something and then Viola your telephone rings and you are phoning out for FREE it is for free do not worry
dont change the webpage while you phone or itt zapps the conversation so just leave it on and another neat thing is it will if you are phoning Germany (also free) sometime or other go onto a google earth screen and zoominto your telephoned partners house
so go for it its A MUST FOR YOU AMERICANS and I forgot you can Phone Mobiles in America with this But not in the uK

You dont need skype with this system its just get on with talking using the good old Fashioned PHONE for free

For cheap calls, with your current network, you can use alternative "call-by-call" providers.
You can use the following website to check the current rates (they change often):

I use it and i am happy with the costs.
