Recording Studio to Share - Munich

hi - not sure if this is the right category, but here goes:

after months of searching, i've FINALLY found a workable space
to convert into a commercial studio! it's between theresienwiese
ubahn and hackerbrucke sbahn.

this will have 2 control rooms and 2 live rooms. about 70 sq.m. altogether.

i'm going to RENT THE 2ND CONTROL ROOM to someone in music/audio recording.
of course you'd have access to the live rooms too.

it looks good (wood floors, nice WC, etc.) sounds good
(domed ceiling, altbau 1/2 keller) and the rent is not insane.

soundproofing/ room tuning will 'only' cost a couple thousand euro.
that'll be (mostly) my bill.

your bill would be circa 250 euro monthly; something like
200 + 19% + sthg. for electric bills.

hello musicians, songwriters, sound engineers, producers: i'm finally building
another recording studio. so my offer, as above, is now urgent.

i'm going to start putting up walls in 1-2 weeks. i'm going to soundproof it
enough for full bands to be able to play at full volume. (drums, horns, loud amps, etc)
it's going to be GREAT.

so.... if you want to rent part of a nice pro studio (in a cool part of munich!)

Wow, that is so great! I would love to rent it, but am in search of a band or people to play with to make it worthwhile. I am a folk/country/whatever singer. Maybe you know some people? I just got a job here and am looking to collaborate with some musicians because I play guitar but poorly.

Anyways, kudos for creating the space! If I know of anyone who needs, will let you know!
