You can't actually get one for Hamburg on its own but there's a Hamburg chapter in their Germany guide. You can also download the chapter on its own for €2.10 from the Lonely Planet website shop if that suits you better.

Must it be a Lonely Planet?
I have the Marco Polo Hamburg guide (in English). It is pretty good, I have it for my visitors when they come. I also have the Lonely Planet Wallpaper Guide to Hamburg - not much of a book, I wouldn't bother with that too much. I bought the latter in the book store in the Mercado shopping centre. They have quite an extensive range of travel books, so give them a try for the former also. I happened to pick Marco Polo one up in a news agent/book store type shop at Damtor station.
There is always Amazon.de too.
