British working couple looking for a flat - Berlin

We are a British working couple in our late 20s. We are looking for a 2 to 3 room flat to rent for at least a year beginning October 11th at the latest. We will consider furnished and unfurnished apartments and are willing to pay up to 700 euros per month warm (depending on furnishing). Preferably in Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain or Neukoln.
