Hi, new to TT, searching for a well priced second hand bike in Erlangen, the best I've found so far is over €100. Does anyone know where they are available?

I have a bicycle in Nuremberg. It's a red ladies bike for 60 euros and will be available October 1 (earlier if necessary). If you're interested send me a PM.

The City of Erlangen occasionally auctions off "homeless" bicycles...I heard there was one last weekend.

Hey there, sounds like you are in luck with the bike from HAwada, it's a rare find... I have been in Germany for a year, and spent some time looking for used bikes (At the Bayrish Rott Krutz and Caritas, and I have found those bikes to be really bad, and over priced. I finally went to Kaufland and bought a NEW bike for 129 Euro. It works great. Gears, mud flaps, lights... A really crappy bike will cost you about 30-60 Euros... and if you have to replace the tires on a crappy used bike (which in almost every case I would have needed to do this) you are already at 17-33 Euro PER TIRE depending on the quality of the tire. So my vote is go cheap/new not used.... Just my opinion.
