My husband and I will be moving from Berlin to Potsdam later this month. Our apartment in Berlin is available for rent beginning October 1st. Further details and information on the apartment follows:

- Renovated old style building
- 4th / top floor
- Current rent: 585 € warm
Location: Oderstraße, 10247 Berlin

Other notes about the apartment: Apartment is in very good condition: renovated, wooden floor, new double glass windows, bath tub, etc. Living room with balcony faces SW (street), bedroom and kitchen face NE into a wooded inner courtyard. We also have a small self-built kitchen + fridge to offer. Organic shopping community on the ground floor, bakery in the house next door, short walk to U-bahn and S-bahn stations, Cafés, Bars, etc. around the corner…

Some additional info: For those interested, the contract would be yours directly, it is not a sublet and there is no time limit. The apartment is not furnished - we will be taking all of our furniture with us, except the fridge (for sale) and a little built in counter (if interested). Small animals are allowed upon arrangement with the landlord.
