Anyone into Metal music?

Im looking to go out with others to any Metal clubs in Köln...
My boyfriend dislikes going out to listen to metal with me, and seeing as we are new to Köln and dont know anybody, I thought this would be a good start....

I'm sort of in the same boat, as most of my friends are not into Metal AT ALL. So yeah, I'm definitely up for a Metal night out.

I will come- any Idea where? If you do not mind a mixing of german metal,

I dont realy mind what kind of metal it is, I have an eclectic taste in music as it is (but my heart lays with metal).

depends on what *kind* of metal. i tend to be a little picky ; ) there is a place called valhalla in köln-mülheim, i have heard it's great but i haven't been yet: www.valhalla-koeln.de and sometimes there's stuff going on at the sonic ballroom: www.sonic-ballroom.de or the underground: www.underground-cologne.de (both are in ehrenfeld).
