How much Richie?

Hi,

I usually let the apartment short term to people coming to Berlin on business or short term visits through agencies for 1750€ a month but I’m tired of the hassle dealing with the agencies, showing the apartment and people moving in and out the whole time and therefore wish to find someone who is looking for a fully furnished luxury apartment for preferably a longer term (at least a couple of months to a year or longer)

The apartment is amazing and would also be perfect for a small family or people who have just moved to Berlin and don’t have any furniture and don’t want to have to buy new furniture…etc

I wish to rent for 1450€ which is actually cheap for a furnished luxury apartment in comparison to getting a furnished place through any of the agencies (which can be anything from 2000€ - 3000€ per month).

And of course there is no ridiculous fee to pay an agency for passing on a phone number.

I’m going to attach more photos below so you can see what you’d be getting for you money (including 50 inch HD Plasma).
