Looking for Flat or Share from 1 September - Munich

Hi!

I'm in Munich for at least the next six months, possibly longer. I'm looking for a sunny place for me and my mellow cats - either a room in a shared flat or a flat sublet in Munich proper (up to a max. 600 Warm) asap. Balcony would be FABULOUS. Near the Isar and you'll be my best friend forever. Within in 20 biking minutes of the city center (I live on my bike). Unfurnished or minimally furnished preferred (but I can work with whatever you've got).

I am easy-going, pleasant, funny, reliable, English-speaking (mostly) :-p and German-speaking (barely), with a little Italian (and a few words in Hindi, Russian and Spanish thrown in for good measure) and in love with Munich. Would also be willing to take a place short-term (2 weeks, a month) as way to give me time to find a longer-term living situation.

i emailed u...my flat is totally what u r asking for...big nice balcony with nice hof...groundfloor.. for the nice cats to jump.. but u have to keep it clean, since i have cat allergy..
