Hi~ everyone~ I am a new comer to Bremen and I want to find a flat to rent near University of Bremen or, near Kornstr Road. Any recommendations where I should live and how can i find a flat? What is more, what is the normal rent for a flat? 300? I am totally new here and I really got no clue.....

How to find a flat to rent in Bremen
First of all the University and the Kornstraße are in two completly different areas of Bremen. While Kornstraße is in the Neustadt, where the so called Fachhochschule is, also a university but not as big, the university itself is in Horn.
If you want to live next to the Fachhochschule and the Kornstraße, you should search for a flat in the Neustadt. If you are going to live near to the actual university, you should search for a flat in Horn or Schwachhausen.

You can also look through the Bremer-Anzeiger or the Weser-Kurier on wednesdays or saturdays, because then they have a special section for housing-offers.
