Brand Name Stores in Munich

It's a little embarrassing, but I'd just like to get a few staple items from stores I shopped at in the U.S.

Like, I want a new version of my standard Gap black turtleneck that I've had for 6 years and is crying to be buried. And there are a few items from The Bodyshop that I've been hooked on for years and need a refill. Ditto for Crabtree & Evelyn.

Where are these stores? All in Marienplatz? And if so, where exactly? Stachus, Marienplatz and Viktualienmarkt are all a little overwhelming at this time of year. Especially for a newcomer like me.

GAP is somewhere on Kaufingerstr (between Marienplatz and Karlsplatz).

According to http://www.beautyjunkies.de/modules/news/a...e.php?storyid=2, Crabtree & Evelyn are at Kaufingerstr. 9.

And the Body Shop have 5 branches in Munich according to this page on their website, the nearest to the centre being at Kaufingerstr. 24 and Sendlinger Str. 21.

GAP and The Body Shop are right next to each other on Kaufingerstrasse. If you come out of Marienplatz station and head towards Karlsplatz along the main shopping street you should see GAP on the right hand side on the corner after about 200 metres. The Body Shop is right next to it in the little side street (I forget the name!)

I don't know "Crabtree & Evelyn" but I'm sure someone will come along soon with directions to that one.

there's also a body shop on leopoldstr. get out at front of U-Bahn if going towards city and there it is on the right (west) side if facing toward south.

Crabtree & Evelyn is also on the same side of Kaufingerstrasse as Gap and the Body Shop, but a little farther down. I miss Bath & Body Works! Can't wait to go to my old mall at home during Christmas!!

Ludwigbeck sells "Crabtree&E", if you look up at the Glockenspeil, then look over to your right, it's on that corner, sorry no good with street name or directions.
