I'm hoping somebody out here can provide me with some valuable information.
I have my house in Ireland for sale and I would like to put it up for sale in Germany as well. Does anybody have any experience with this?
Are there websites I can use, or do I have to go through a German estate agent? Are there any pitfalls I should be wary off?
Any tips are appreciated!

I cannot see the point in actually instructing a German Estate Agent (or them wanting your property), but if you think it is a "holiday" home then just advertise on the internet yourself - and you could do that in ANY country. The eventual buyer of course could be any nationality - no pitfalls there.
Bear in mind there is a good chance you may be liable to tax on any profit under German law. Lots on that subject in other threads.
