I want to buy a couple of bean bags or some lounge like furniture for our new house... Anyone know where to buy these here in Munich?

I'm sure there's a reasonable place in Munich, but the only place I've looked is, as usual, on ebay. There are some pretty decent prices for brand new ones.

For a bean bag, try www.myfatboy.de - had one for the last few months and love it.

This site may not be useful to you but they make the best bean bags

Then compare their prices to what's on ebay - there's lots of brand new fat boys on there.

I LOVE the Fat Boy. It rocks. Best Bean Bag EVER. In fact if you buy a bean bag and it is NOT a Fat Boy, you are a loser. Just Kidding. Kinda. wink.gif

Place on the Müllerstrasse opposite the infamous Sunshine Pub. laugh.gif

(If you don't know that charming location, just north of the junction with Papa Schmid Strasse)

Segmuller had a huge one for sale last autumn when we were looking. Its cost €365 and was huge and hairy. Two sat IN it rather than balancing on the top.

I bought two bean bags for my kids to sit on while they are playing video games in front of the tv...I got them in Tengelmans believe it or not and they were 35 euro each.

I can recommend Fayboy.

Their beanbags are great! (but not so cheap)

Also recommend Fat Boy. Its the nicest looking bean bags around, comes in many different cover options and very durable. Comfy too. Also lays down flat so you can shove it under the bed, well assuming you had a raised bed, when you want it out of sight. smile.gif
