Yoga and other relaxing past times in Hannover

Hi there, Is there any women in the Hannover area who would be willing to take me along to a yoga class, or somthing like that which is relaxing, maybe even an art class, with them??? I really need to find something to occupy myself with and destress over the next week and somthing in this direction with some nice female company would benifit me a lot. I don't know of any art classes or yoga classes that I can go to just for a day or just to try out.
I would really appreciate it if anyone is willing to, Just need to take me under their wing for an evening, try somthing new, and help a stranger.

If not I would be happy for some advice for what I could do as a young woman on my own in Hannover.
