Watching TV on a PC - Germany

Anyone have any experience with this outfit. Sounds like a scam, but if it works, it would be great since we just cable up our PC to our flatscreen. http://www.satellitetvtopc.com/?hop=sunny9 It claims it is legal and accessible from anywhere in the world....

Well the screenshot shows the TVU player which I've been using for free.

Probably not 'legal' either but look at this . TVU player website.

If you have a friend/family in the states to set it up, your best option is a Slingbox.
