Large hostels and guest houses in Garmisch

I was wondering if anyone knows of a large hostel or guest house in Garmisch or the surrounding area where 200+ people could be accommodated for a weekend. if there isn't one hostel large enough (which thinking about it, is probably highly unlikely), I'd be grateful for tips of large, cheap guest houses within close proximity of one another so that a large group could remain within one close area (short walking distance). we would like to book entire hostels where possible.

We are planning well in advance and are still just in the "thinking about it phase" so I am not worried about places being booked up already.

p.s. I should add that the hostel must be ok with a large gathering of sports people; I know some places don't like clubs etc staying due to noise/mess etc.

I don't think there is anything of that size, your best bet would be to contact the tourist info:

Hotels like the holiday inn could probably accommodate you but might be pricy, you could also try booking all of the guesthouses on Ludwigstr, then you would be fairly close together, the Drei Mohren, Werdenfelser hof, Fraundorfer, Fiakkerhof & a few others are fairly close together.
