- Available to rent from the beginning of November 2009
- Has best of both worlds: situated a stone’s throw from the bars, cafes and restaurants of Simon-Dach Strasse and very close to Boxhagener Platz but positioned off-street so very quiet
- 10 minute walk to Samariter Strasse U-Bahn, less than 15 minutes to Ostkreuz and Warschauer Strasse stations, 2 minute walk to 240 route bus stop, and less than 5 minutes walk to tram stops
- Total area of 53 sq.m
- Rent is 385€ (warm) per month
- Kaution / deposit is 720€

Update: Unfortunately I can't change the title because I don't have the necessary number of posts etc. We have just received notification from our landlord that the rent is being increased to 405 euros (warm) per month. The Kaution is also being increased to 840 euros.
