My apartment in Nürnberg is now vacant and available for rent. It 67m2, 2 rooms, very comfortably furnished, it was previously lived in by me, while living in Nürnberg

The rent is €800 per month, all inclusive i.e. heating, electricity, internet. You don't have to setup accounts with the electricity company, or internet provider, unlike in a normal apartment.

You can leave any time of the month, just by giving 30 days notice.

Any idea how much would a similar furnished place in Erlangen cost? I would be moving into Erlangen and wanted to get an idea. I would really appreciate if you could give me some pointers for my search.

Actually my last tenant was working in Erlangen, but chose to live in Nürnberg because Erlangen is a bit quite. Its actually quite convenient for getting to Erlangen. I'd guess Erlangen would be 70% of Nürnberg prices, but that's just me picking a number. I've never actually been to Erlangen.

The apartment is now rented until 1 Dec 2009.

My tenants are falling like flies. I've got a 42m2 one room apartment on Regensburgerstr coming free before 1 Oct. Gotta make some pictures.

Erlangen is as expensive, as Nürnberg, as it is an University town, Siemens headquarters,.... proximity to Frankische-Schweiz and offers a better quality of life than Nürnberg. I agree that its a bit quite, compared to Nürnberg, but many people prefer that.
