Wedding/renew vows at Watertower in Mannheim

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me find out how I can contact some that can help me plan a Wedding/Renew vows here in Mannheim at the Water Tower. If anyone has any information please please let me know. My husband is deployed and we would love to have a real wedding and renew of vows at the Water Tower.

Hello- I am also looking for someone and somewhere (near Munich) to perform a renewal/symbolic ceremony. Please any suggestions would help!
