Where to buy oil painting supplies

I would like to buy some oil painting supplies, I have no clue about painting, that does not matter as I will not be using them and they are meant as a gift to a friend.

In casual conversation I was able to find out that she moved on from water paints to Oil-colors/Oil painting.

So my dilemma is that I am not able to find any online supplier who ships oil paints or accessories??

Where can I buy these stuff. If not online, does anyone know any shops around Mannheim, Heidelberg or Mainz (I know Worms would have only a fat chance).

You will have to register as a customer, but they are reasonably quick, efficient and have a good selection of quality products.
They also have a network of stores accross the country.
