Help translating letter from Bank - Germany

Hi there. I have recently applied to open a bank account with DKB-Cash. I received a letter from them today and there are two paragraphs which I do not quite understand. A rough online translation gave me the idea that they have to verify something before they can open my account OR I can't open my account because of a verification problem. ANy kind souls able to summarise the following paragraphs? Thanks!

"Aufgrund der faktischen Kreditvergabe durch die Nutzungsmoglichkeiten der ec(Maestro)-karte bzw. VISA-Card werden diverse Merkmale der Antragssteller analysiert.

Im Rahmen der standardisierten DKB-Cash-Antragsbearbeitung und unserer geschaftspolitischen Ausrichtung sind wir zu dem Ergebnis gekommen, dass wir Ihrem Wunsch auf Eroffnung eines DKB-Cash derzeit nicht nachkommen konnen."
