If you don't even know the basics then I suggest that you forget about the café and just transfer any cash you have to my account. You'll save yourself a lot of hassle in the long run.

thanks guys for the replys. I don't have too much money. At this moment i am unemployed, this cafe lease is in my price range. so want to try, and maybe i could ask from the experienced guys for pros and cons. The person who is owing this cafe is willing to give a training too (as per the Ad).
Thanks
Jannat

I think it means that the premises is tied to the Hofbräu brewery but with no minimum order requirement.

were did the Hofbraeu come in. It is tied to a local brewery, and in many cases you have to order a minimum number of litres on a monthly basis. But in this case it seems there is no condition.
They generally put this minimum condition, as they invest in supplying the beer dispenser and also some of them sponsor the name shields and decorations.
Hope it helps.

If you are eligable for unemployment benefit the the Arbeitsamt may agree to send you on some courses to start you're own business. Then you may be able to speak with an experience consultant for free. You may even qualify for a grant, if so then go talk to them now as it is time limited.

I didn't doubt Keydeck. I'd never dare to in fact. I just wanted to know how to find out these things.

Jannat,
I would personally atleast know basic German language before starting any business here. If for even a small translation I need help then owning a businees may be a primitive idea. Nevetheless I do not want to underestimate your potential as an entrepreneur.
Cheers

No German, No Experience, Limited Funding entering a business in which the success rate is approx 1 in 10 (90% go bust within 2 years).
It's a *brave* move.

You should watch a few episodes of Rach der Restaurant Tester, where the genial Christian Rach goes to visit restaurants in trouble. (There's an English equivalent with the less genial Gordon Ramsay). A common problem is that they are run by people who haven't the faintest idea of what they are doing, and find themselves with no customers, their business and personal life falling apart, and drowning in debt.
And then you can turn on the Schuldnerberater with the genial Peter Schwegat, who offers advice on personal bankruptcy and how to escape those debts in five years. So it's not all gloom.
