I will be moving to Erlangen by mid september and was looking to get some idea about the real estate there. I dont know if I will be able to rent out your place but would really appreciate if you could help me in my search.

1. I will be working in Adidas - Herzo and would require an apartment close to public transport and close to main city area.
2. I will prefer a fully furnished place
3. Which areas of Erlangen would you suggest?
4. I am single, but might have visitors during holiday season
5. Will a budget of ~800 Euro be good for this

I really liked your place but it seems a bit on the outside and a bit bigger(expensive) for my requirement.

Could you suggest me something.
