Recommended Kitas in Charlottenberg - Berlin

We moved here about a month ago and are kids are currently enrolled at the TU Kita where my husband works but we are looking for a different kita. The place seems a bit rough for our kids and we are looking for other options in the area. If anyone has recommendations on any kitas around Karl August Platz area including Savingplatz we would greatly appreciate it. Our kids are 2.5 and 4 plus a newborn so we need to find a place for the older kids. We are looking for a place with friendly caring staff that does stimulating things with the kids. I am looking for a kita that is either english or bilingual. Stuttgarter Platz would be ideal. My daughter is 21 months now.

We came from the UK where we lived for 5 years though I am American and my husband is Austrian. Did you just move here as well? We ended up putting our kids in http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pestalozzi-Fr%C3%B6bel-Haus Pestalozzi Frobel Haus and we are very happy there. It is based on a UK philosophy.
