TU Darmstad or uni stuttgart

Which one is best for electrical engineering

I am electronics engineer...
I got admission in
TU darmstad for information and comminication engineering and uni stuttgart for information technology. Can u guide which one is best , uni stuttgar or TUD.. both offer same course ...

darmstadt is in hessen. stuttgart in baden-württemberg.

According to The Times Higher Education - QS World University Rankings , Stuttgart is ranked a bit higher than Darmstadt for engineering. In 2008, Stuttgart got a world ranking of 68th place, while Darmstadt was at 118. Not sure if that truly reflects the student experience, though, since it also includes other factors than teaching.
