I teach a martial arts conditioning class in English in Frankfurt
Bornheim (Mo - Wed - Fri 6pm).
It is not quite Taebo (no music), but it is conditioning and fun oriented. We spend about half of the class doing strength training with bodyweight exercises, followed by 25 to 30 minutes of cardio and stretching.
