édit: nevermind, java not enabled on my browser and the damn thing is all in French

The chat's not in French and your OS and browser's language settings won't affect the English Java applet.

Parachat doesn't work in FireFox and it takes around a minute to fully launch in IE.

If you don't have Java installed you can download the English version here, or copy the URL and substitute the "en" with the two-letter language code of the language you want (i.e., "fr" for French, "de" for German, etc.). It appears to be language-independent, at least for Western European languages.

If Java's installed but not enabled in IE, go to Tools: Internet Options, click on Advanced tab and scroll down until you see a "Java (Sun)" header. Check the box, then hit Apply, then OK.

If none of those are the problem, feel free to send a PM or mail. Screenshots (alt+PrintScreen key, then paste into any graphics program like mspaint) would help. A response may take a day.
