i have taken it upon myself to hereby organise the next antip stammtisch (aussie/kiwi piss up).

the selected date is friday the 13th of May, molly malones, 8pm.

if you are unable to make it, bugger, you will have to come to the next one then. if you are able to make it then see you there.

please post here if you are coming, i know it is a bit early to say yay or nay yet so reply at your leisure.

I reckon all welcome to the Aussie/Kiwi stammtich.. which is sometimes organised by Americans... and held in the Irish Pub. But don't forget no ones allowed to comment on this funny part of it any further as it causes major ruptures in the Toytown happyland. It's just the way it is, OK?

Anyway, the doctor is going to be there dispensing free beer whilst trying to rut anything that breathes. Should be a good night.

Oh dear, Dr Warner. There was me thinking Antipodeans had a sense of humour (actually most of them I know do). This Stammtisch should be a laugh a minute with you around. If I wasn't planning to slit my throat that night I would be tempted to go along (uninvited of course).

You should come along regardless Squirrel. I am going to bring an electric dog collar for the doctor anyway and any time he tries to either hump something or gets his hackles up I will give him a quick zap to the larynx.

well the sorrowful news is that the doctor shall no longer be in attendance, he is going to amsterdam on thursday to expand his mind with the help of several totally natural hallucinagin substances. mmmmmmm mushies. but if anyone else turns up to this have a blast.

oh and you will need to book a table. didn't do it.

My advice would be go for 2 or 3 packets of the strongest. They make them all weak these days for the tourists that kept walking into trams. 1 packet was a nice wee buzz when combined with the coke weed and beer, but not quite the trip I was hoping for.

Oh and the dried powdered ones go down much easier than the fresh! But im sure your not afraid of the taste of a nice gold top or liberty cap sandwhich

Oh and to keep it on topic, I cant come either, my mums coming to visit

any shop that sells them should be fine. We were in "hostel meeting point" in woermerstraat in the heart of the redlight and coffee shop district. I think we had a mushroom shop over the road and another one next door. Powdered is just easier to get down I think, mix it in with a drink or something (no vitamin c though, vitamin c neutralizes psilocybin so i heard anyway)

I hereby propose - since there's only a few of us kiwi's anyway, and none of us have met up yet - we postpone the stammtisch.
Anyone else keen to postpone for the following friday or the week after??

So, is there anything happening Friday night or is everyone deciding to choose the postponing option? My boyfriend and I would be up for a piss up but that of course depends on other company. Am an Aussie and pretty new to Toytown so would be nice to meet other Aussies and Kiwis.
