Whisky tasting in the Whisky Garden, Eching

HanZi
Hi All
I am organising another whisky tasting in June, possibly in the Whisky Garden if the weather is clement.
On offer to taste will be the old favourates:- Caol Ila, Auchentoschan, Clynlish, Macallan, Strathisla and Aberfeldy, together with few new flavours of Yim of Oa, Pibroch (very rare, only a few bottles left in Germany), Longmore and KnockDhu.
There will also be a fine selection of Cigars available (only in the Garden) for those who wish to try something different.

The tasting is open to all, and is at Hanzis speakeasy, Dietersheimer Strasse 7, 85386 Eching

How to get there: Take either U6 to Garching Hochbrück or U1 to Eching Station, and you will be picked up and returned to whichever station you came from.

Attractions include: - small amount of grilled food or Gluten free pizza, prosecco for the ladies, and Alcohol reduced beer and wine for the drivers (if you decide not to come by train)

Hanzi may even get his guitar out and sing a little, and those wishing to try something a little more Asian, the 80 year old ricksha may be available for round trips.

If you feel the need to contact me for further information then you can ring me on 0175 582 9114, 0r 0171 649 2641 or send me a mail on hansfield@yahoo.de

All the best

Just to confirm that the next whisky tasting is on Thursday 25th June.
Please let me know if you would like to come so that I can ensure the catering is correct.

On offer this time is a new Whisky, the Longmorn from the west lowlands.

Due to the Bad Weather, the event will be now in the Speakeasy. I have also a separate smoking room arranged so you don't need to smoke in the rain ...

15 Different Whiskies have arrived.. I am pretty much excited....

Another excellent evening tasting the water of life. I knew what a pibroch sounded like, but now I know what it tastes like, too! Nice.
