SAP jobs and contracts in Germany

Hi,

I am working in MNC as SAP Basis Consultant with 2.5 year exp and I am in Germany for a short term assignment. I want to search a job here in SAP Basis field. I don't know German Language.

Could someone please guide me how can i search SAP Basis job here? also what is the possibility for a English speaker to get job here?

My friend has done Masters in Furtwangen ands later worked as SAP SD Consultant in US for the past 3 yrs.She wanted to look for job in Germany,Could anyone help in giving the Consultancy detaIls or how to apply for jobs here given the fact that her work permit has to be done as well..
