OK so after pushing Triathlon training I have decided that I need to get a sports massage as my legs are starting to ache quite a bit recently, and are knotting at the back I just wondered if anybody had visited anywhere nearby to get a decent sports massage?

Get one of those rolling sticks. Its a stick with rollers on it and it is great for getting out those knots.
