I've written reviews of Degustini in the Guide and been there twice and loved it. Now they're doing a real wine tasting March 11 (reserve by March 8 to guarantee a seat) and it sounds really great. 2 wines per course, and the courses are:
Aperitiv
Gefüllte Hühnchenroulade auf Balsamicolinsen
Hausgemachte Kartoffelgnocchi mit Tomaten und Basilikum
Seewolffilet im Kartoffelmantel mit Selleriepüree
Sorbetto von Zitronen
Wildschweinragout mit Polenta
Schokoladengateau
So: chicken, gnocchi, loupe de mer, lemon sorbet, wild boar ragout with polenta, and chocolate cake.
More details on their website in German.
80 Euros per person, sigh. But I really really really think it'd be worth it. I'm going if I'm in town, and I'll know in a couple days if I will be. My husband and I were just there last night for our fifth anniversary and our bill was 113 Euros for both of us, and that was again five courses but only one wine per course. Glasswise. We just ask them to surprise us. We could order from the menu and get away lots cheaper though, we might skip a couple courses.
Did I mention this place is COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING? Yes it is. Angelika Weber speaks English too, not sure about Fabio, I haven't asked.
Here's a short translation of the press so far:

Any of those other places got a non-smoking zone? IT'd be great, but I've yet to hear of it.
