I have already taken the Gmat. It is a tough test if u r not prepared well (: But good scores are possible if u study hard. I m not sure if I am still a good help but I know a few really good books that may help.

Hi...
I bought a book (Official GMAT Guide - 2008 Edition) in the States last year, and never used coz the University here required a different test, anyone interested? (let me know) It's absolutely untouched. I would sell it for a lower price, say 25 Euros.

"The Official Guide for GMAT Review, 11th Edition, is the only book on the market written by the creators of the GMAT exam. With real GMAT questions from previous GMAT exams, this new edition contains more than 800 multiple-choice questions, plus a brand-new diagnostic section to help you pinpoint your skill level so you can focus your test preparation."

pattyive,
there is a new edition that was released in March 2009, the 12th edition, and it has more updated questions, so I would recommend the latest edition to anyone planning to take the GMAT this year. Link is below
