Getting back into shape after giving birth - Hamburg

I've got a 3 month old baby and am now looking for a good "getting back into shape" course in English. It would be great if I could bring my baby too. Close to Altona/Ottensen would also be best. Any tips out there???

Angela, I'm starting one in Altona on the 14th Mai, come with me. It is completely free as the health insurance cover it, we just need to pay 20 euros for our babies. the course covers 10 hours. it is not in English but the midwives speak English & if we are together we can guest as a team lol!

die Rückbildungsgruppe kann über die gesetzliche Krankenkasse abgerechnet werden. Für die Kurse mit den Kindern berechnen wir 20 Euro.

einen Kurs ab 14.05. von 14,15 - 15.45 Uhr oder ab 08.06. von 12.00 - 13.30 Uhr (RB + B 9) anbieten.
