Sailing and camping trip on Bodensee

Ar there any sailors around here?
This summer I am planning a sail from Genua in what ever direction the wind blows using a so-called "Wanderjolle" a large dingy, I hope to get a few dingys together for a raftup and a convoy.
Sailing during the day and tents with campfire at night, should be great, anyone interested?

i used to sail in the UK (laser dinghy). i thought you needed a licence to sail on Bodensee.

You do if your vessel has a sail area of over 11 square meters, but Genua is not on the Bodensee, I was thinking more "the med." All the same a cheap Wanderjolle with all bells and whistles can be picked up for a few Eurons in the harbors around the Bodensee. Fancy a sail?

You dont need a particularly large boat to get over 11m2 of sail. A modern cruising boat carrys about 34m2 upwind and 100 down wind
