Baby swimming lessons in English - Hamburg

Does anyone knows of any english speaking swimming lessons for babies. My little one is 4 months old and I want to take her swimming or even to gymnastics... Any ideas?

English speaking swimming lessons for babies??...thank God that most Germans speak reasonably good English as some people seem totally lost in Germany without German!!...just go to Kellinghusenstrasse & join in the baby group there!! Swimming is an "international" language...sorry if I sound abit harsh but we are in Germany so not everything must be available in English!!

I am not 100% sure but I believe you might be able to have someone help you at the Holmes Place. I know that most of the staff speaks english there and that they offer childrens swimming classes. You don't need to speak German to attend the classes at Kellinghusenstrasse. I went to the pregnancy swimming there and loved every minute and did not need to talk German. My baby is only just over 1 month old, but i will be going to the baby swimming classes at Kellinghusenstrasse when he is old enough. If you fancy meeting up before then, PM me!!

I suspect at 4 months old your baby won't worry whether they speak German, English of Serbo-Croat

Also "Hamburg" is a pretty large area - you might want to be just a little more specific in order to gain more valuable feedback.

Many years ago (our son will be 20[sup]*[/sup] at the end of this month) we lived in Wedel and my (German) wife went with him to nearby baby swimming sessions. Great fun had by all. I cannot remember how we got into that but it was probably via the local Familienbildung... You should check them out for various activities.

I'm afraid that this does come as a shock to many people in connection with many activities!
