The concert is at Evangelische Akademie, in Tutzing, Schlossstr. 2+4.

The instructions I was given from the Akademie are as follows:

Abzuholen sind sie dann in der Rezeption in unserem Haus. Einlass ist eine Stunde vorher, also ab 19.00 Uhr. Es ist freie Platzwahl. Die Karten kosten 15 Euro/Stück.

Perhaps if you call on Saturday (08158 / 251-0) it would be possible to reserve a ticket, but I do not think it is sold out.
