Where to watch televised AFL in Frankfurt

Hi folks,

New to Frankfurt and a huge aussie rules fan. I was here in September for my job interview and there was AFL on at 'Yours' australian bar but they have since cancelled that subscription. Does anyone know of any other place in Frankfurt where AFL is shown?

Don't know where you can watch AFL :-( but if you want to play there is a team in Frankfurt (the Frankfurt Redbacks). If you google AFL Germany it should be the first site that comes up.

They had their first game of the season on Saturday and they are always looking for players and helpers! Cathy

Can't directly answer your question but wanted to let you know that we're about to move to Wiesbaden and my husband is also a huge AFL fan.

We've been getting by in Singapore with some games televised on the Australian Network channel but also via Slingbox. It's a system that you hook up to cable back in Oz (e.g. at a brother's place) and then stream to your computer. Streaming speed varies and if it's slow it can get a bit pixalated which is annoying.
