Meetup for families in Heidelberg

Hello 8) I'm new to Heidelberg & would like to meet some other mums out there! Any mums out there around in the day who would like to meet up sometimes/already meeting up?
I have two boys under 3 who are always interested in playing with other children of similar age.

i'll be moving there june 1st, my son will be 3 in May and daughter is 2 in july...would love to meet up if you are still looking when I arrive! Are you living there permanently...we are only to be there 90 days and looking for a place to rent with a kitchen (like extended stay hotel type place)...can you make any recommendations??? Thanks! My husband (carter101) and I have a 5month old son. It'd be great to meet up with other families with similar aged kids. I'm going back to work in May and don't yet know what my week days will be like (I'm not working fulltime though), but weekend meetups would be lovely. Mind, my husband will be a stay-at-home-dad - anyone have any problems with meeting up with Dads rather than Mums?

Absol no prob with Dad's too - all welcome! What about starting as meet this week, Thurs morning for those that are here already?

we would also like to come. We'll be gone for easter and will be back on 19th.

I have a son, Jai, and he will be 5 months old tomorrow. I am german, my husband indian, and Jai both. We moved to Heidelberg just before Jai was born (we stayed in munich before) and now, that summer is here would love to hang out with other babies and their parents.

I probably won't be checking my email in the next week, but on the 18th evening I should be able to check.

I hope we can meet soon.

ok parents, let's try to organize something (if you all haven't already!). I'm still in the hotel, so I can not have a meet-up at my house. Unless you want your kids holed up in a small room. Any ideas of where to go and when? The Zoo? Marchen Paradis? The playground?

After our family moves into a home and get settled, I wouldn't mind hosting get togethers at my place. I keep a full fridge;)

No meet up as far as I know but very happy to get this thing started. So how about coffee/tea at mine in Handschuhsheim this Thursday at 10am as weather's not too promising at moment. Lots of playgrounds a stones throw away from here if we felt like then going out. Zoo is great for kids & has a good playground but lets do as trip there another time. Can't really make any other time this week as have visitors arriving Thurs afternoon. Next week Monday afternoon - could do a 2 or 3pm meet at mine. Then that's it for me for as few weeks as off on hols til 7th June.

Thursday sounds great for me! I'm getting my license renewed today so I can break out of this stuffy room during the day.

I'll have to see about monday, because my kids and myself are due for dental and medical appointments.

We will be coming over May 28th, found an apartment in Old town...hopefully that's close to where you guys are planning meetups, would love to meet up and play...I have a 3 yr old son (well turning 3 the 18th) and a daughter turning 2 in July.
