Towns with stores open on a Sunday - Munich

Thought I'd start a thread for when Sunday opening is allowed as there are certain weekends certain towns open up.

This weekend it's Rosenheim. The shops tend to open from around 12 till about 4/5.

Also this Sunday in Landau an der Isar

Where do you get this information? Is it online somewhere?

The local free newspaper has it where I am. I would imagine the ones in the other areas will as well. Which is why I think it's worth doing a thread about it as most people would otherwise never know.

Both Weko and Media Markt are open. It will be packed though.

The shops are open in Freising on Sunday too, from 13:00 till 18:00. There's also a sort of market thingy (Dult) going on over the weekend in the town square.

Interesting. I've been meaning to go there.
What can one see and do in Rosenheim this sunday?

Erm. Shop.

It has a beautiful historic center. It's not huge but the it is the largest 'city' between Munich and Salzburg so has shops to suit all tastes. Shoes seem to be a favorite as Gabor are based there.

Herbsfest started today and the shops are open from 12 til 5 tomorrow.
