English-speaking doctors in Memmingen

Hi, could you please recommend a good doctor in Memmingen who also happens to speak some good English? I have a terrible cold and throat-ache. I would prefer an ENT (Ear-Nose-Throat) specialist (if there is such a thing in Germany).

Thanks for the information. You are right I am feeling better now but I am not used to sub zero climates, so this might come in handy after all.
